Winter Sensory Bin
This winter sensory bin is a great way for kids to work on hand eye coordination and improve their fine motor skills which is helpful for their STEM learning!
You’ll need: a plastic bin, packing peanuts, blue pom poms, small snowflakes, silver ribbon, measuring cups and a clothespin
Instructions:
- After gathering your materials, place them all in the plastic bin.
- Using measuring cups, start working with the materials! Pay attention to size and texture. Your child can scoop some materials out with a measuring cup or practice grabbing different items using a clothespin. This activity gives them the freedom to work with the materials in a variety of ways and engage their senses!
