These pretty spring tulips are the perfect activity for the season and easy to make at home!
You’ll need: construction paper, paper straws (green or color them with green marker), a hole punch, scissors and a glue stick
- On construction paper, start by drawing the shape of a tulip and cutting it out.
- Accordion fold the tulip flower by folding it 4 times. Then, use your hole punch to put a hole in the center of your flower.
- If you do not have a green paper straw, color your straw green before moving onto this next step. Unfold your flower and fit your paper straw in and out through the holes in the tulip.
- Out of green construction paper, trace and cut out leaves. Glue them to the bottom of each flower and wrap them around the straw.
