World Down Syndrome Day

World Down Syndrome Day is observed annually on March 21 to raise public awareness of Down syndrome, a congenital disorder caused by having an extra 21st chromosome.
In honor of World Down Syndrome Day, and thanks to an angel supporter, we will be honoring WDSD on Friday, March 20 (the Museum has a full day of parties on Saturday). The first 21 children who visit the museum on Friday, March 20 will get in for free!
