Mind Body Soul Summer: Backyard Camping

Have you ever been camping? You don’t need to travel any farther than your backyard!
You’ll need: sleeping bags, pillows, a tent, flashlights or lanterns, camping snacks, camping activities
  1. Set up your campsite. Whether you have a tent or simply lay out sleeping bags under the stars, it’ll be a perfect set up.
  2. Leave the cell phones and electronics in the house. This activity is great for family bonding and spending time away from technology.
  3. Enjoy some activities! Star gazing, word games, maybe bring a game with you outside. Hopefully you’ll enjoy s’mores or your favorite goodies, too!
